Attorney

The Garfield County Attorney’s Office is responsible for prosecuting felony, misdemeanor and juvenile crimes that occur within the county.

The office also provides legal services and representation for Garfield County’s government departments. The office staff consists of one full-time attorney, one part-time attorney and one secretary.
